IF approve, refund will be credited to original payment method with in 7-10 business days. Exceptional For COD order it will be refunded by UPI method or bank transfer which is provided by you and it will be creditedwith in 7-10 Business days
Order will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
Replacement/ exchange product will be delivered with in 7-10 business days.
RETURN & REFUND:-
For fittings related issue we will exchange your product free of cost. For fitting related issues refund will not be accepted.
To avoid fake return and refund issues we only accept refund when there is a visible product damage or other serious product issue. Please note we won’t accept refund with any other causes.
You need to send the visible product imaged and packing slip. Our internal team will check and verify the issue and process the refund.
Please note the process will take 48 to 72 hour time.

Returns

To initiate a return, please message us via whatsapp with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via whatsapp, located on the website within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will issue a full refund or exchange once we receive the item and confirm the damage or defect.
Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized or customized items, final sale items, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
