Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are not accepted for size or quality-related issues.
- Exchange is available only for size-related issues.
- Refunds are accepted only for manufacturing defects or product disputes.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
- Replacement/exchange products will be delivered within 7 business days.
