No Open Box Delivery
For security and quality assurance reasons, open box delivery is not available. This means that our delivery partners cannot allow customers to open the package before completing payment and accepting the order. Rest assured, all our products go through strict quality checks before shipping.

Every style is cut a little differently, so the exact measurements are given on each product page. Use this page to learn how to measure yourself and as a quick reference.
Find your size on a product page
- Size chart link: Tap Size chart next to the size options (or Full size chart below them) to open that product’s own chart.
- Your size is highlighted: After you choose a size, its row is highlighted and a one-line summary shows the key measurements.
- Inches or cm: Switch the units at the top of the chart.
- Allow a small difference: All products are measured by hand, so measurements may vary by 1–2 inches.
How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Length: For tops and dresses, measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem. For shorts, skirts and pants, measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem. Inseam is measured from the crotch down to the hem.
- Shoulder / Sleeve: Shoulder is measured seam to seam across the back. Sleeve length is measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Tip: you can also measure a piece of clothing you already own and like, lay it flat, and compare it with the chart.
Quick Reference: Tops, Dresses & Co-ords (XS–7XL)
Most of our tops, dresses and co-ord sets that come in letter sizes follow these bust measurements. A few styles differ, so always check the chart on the product page.

Quick Reference: Shorts, Skirts & Pants (waist sizes 28–50)
For styles sold in numbered sizes, the number is the waist size in inches. Most of these styles have a hip measurement about 10 inches more than the waist, but some are cut closer (about 8 inches more). Check the product’s own chart for the exact hip and length.

Some elastic-waist pants list both a relaxed waist and a comfort-fit (stretched) waist — use the stretched value if you want a roomier fit.
